Casa Mayren is a detached holiday house in the small village of Kunj, a ten-minute drive from Labin. The house, garden, pool and all wellness facilities are for you alone. No other guests, no reception, no shared spaces.
The interior is warm and simple: natural materials, soft tones, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with its own bathroom. Underfloor heating keeps the house cosy in the cooler months too.
Around the house there are hills, woodland and olive groves. In summer it is a place for days by the pool; from autumn to spring, for weekends by the fire, in the hot tub and in the sauna.

A private pool of about 24 m² beside the lawn and sun loungers. It is heated from 1 April to 31 October, so it is pleasant in spring and autumn too.
A hot tub overlooking green hills. After every stay we drain it, clean it and refill it with fresh water. Available all year round.
An infrared sauna inside the house, next to the bathroom. Use it whenever you like, with no time slots and nothing shared.

Casa Mayren is above all a house for two, for couples looking for peace and privacy. Two adults can be joined by up to two children, who stay in a smaller second room. The house is not meant for four adults. It is rented as a whole, to one couple or family at a time.
The private outdoor pool is heated from 1 April to 31 October. Outside that period the pool is not in use for swimming.
Yes. The hot tub on the terrace and the infrared sauna inside the house are available all year round. The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water after every guest.
The whole house just for you, the private pool (during the heating season), hot tub, infrared sauna, bathrobes, slippers, towels, bed linen, firewood, final cleaning and the tourist tax. Wellness costs nothing extra and is not shared with other guests.
Labin is about 10 minutes by car and the sea 20 to 25 minutes. The house has no sea view; it is surrounded by hills, woods and olive groves.
2 nights off-season, 3 nights at Christmas, New Year and Easter, 4 nights in April, 5 nights in May, June and the second half of September, and 7 nights from July to mid-September. The exact periods are listed in the rates.
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 9 am. Earlier arrival is possible by arrangement if the house is ready.
A small dog is possible on request, for a surcharge.
