What data we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter in the form: name, email, phone, preferred dates, number of guests and your message. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you book, to carry out your stay and meet our legal duty to register guests.

Legal basis

We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We use analytics cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep data from enquiries that do not lead to a booking for no longer than 12 months. Guest data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Processors

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes submitted forms. If you consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
