Enquiry and offer

Sending an enquiry through the site is not a booking. We reply with an offer showing the price and terms for your dates.

Booking confirmation and payment

A 30% deposit by bank transfer is required. Your booking is confirmed when you pay the deposit and receive our confirmation.

Cancellation

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you can move your stay to another available period within one year. In all other cases of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is not refunded.

Your stay

Check-in and check-out: check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 9 am; earlier arrival is possible by arrangement if the house is ready. Guests agree to follow the house rules and the rules for using the pool, hot tub and sauna.

Packages and gifts

The package price is the accommodation price. The gifts are from the house and their contents may vary depending on product availability. Partner services (tasting, massage) are arranged for an agreed time.

Gift vouchers

A voucher is issued for the chosen package and is valid for 12 months from purchase, on dates when the package is available and subject to availability.
