A stay outside the summer season
From October to May Istria is quieter, and Casa Mayren becomes a house for weekends by the fire, in the hot tub and in the sauna.
What to expect off-season
- The hot tub and infrared sauna are available all year.
- The pool is heated from 1 April to 31 October, so it is pleasant in spring and early autumn.
- Underfloor heating and a fireplace for warm evenings indoors.
- Quiet walks in Labin, through olive groves and along the coast, without the crowds.
Off-season prices
Off-season prices start at €215 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Until 19.12.2026 our autumn offer applies, and stays of 5 nights or more are €150 per night. See all prices on the Prices and packages page.

Is the pool heated in November?
No. The pool is heated from 1 April to 31 October. The hot tub and sauna work all year.
What is the minimum stay off-season?
Usually 2 nights. Over the holidays and on some dates the minimum is longer, as shown in the price list.
